REQUIREMENTS FOR IMPORT SUPPLIERS
You have been selected as a supplier and will shortly begin shipping goods on behalf of our Seasons brand. These goods have been purchased under FCA (suppliers warehouse location), which requires suppliers to prepare the goods ready for shipment and to complete the necessary export procedures for our freight partners to then collect and onward deliver the goods to our Distribution Centres in the UK.
Below diagram shows what we require from you and what our responsibilities are under FCA:-
1. Goods need to be packaged suitably for onward transport to the UK. 2. Suppliers are required to prepare the goods ready for export.
3. Supplier to complete export declarations and share copies of export documents with NEXT nominated freight partner.
4. NEXT’s nominated freight partner will collect the goods from your warehouse. 5. NEXT’s nominated freight partner will complete UK import entry on behalf of NEXT. 6. NEXT’s nominated freight partner delivers the stock to our Elmsall Distribution Centre, Pontefract, Yorkshire.
