During an upload of your pre-advice, you may find that the portal returns errors such as the above. Please note, this is nothing to be concerned about.
If you are able to click the 'Submit Note' after the upload, do so and these issues will be picked up and fixed by our internal data team.
If you have uploaded the pre-advice, it has popped up with errors and the 'Submit Note' button does not allow you to click it, please reach out to our supply chain & data team via the 'Submit Request' section on our Help Desk here.
Please note: if the errors specify issues with formatting or incorrect headers, please refer to our Pre-Advice formatting guides below as this indicates that there is an issue with the headers contained on the packing list:
