As a final step to booking in deliveries on FastTrack+ it is required to upload your Pre-Advice / Packing List to the booking you have made a minimum of 3 working days before the delivery date.
Your Pre-Advice must be in CSV format, and you can refer to our formatting articles for wholesale or commission in the links below:

Conversely, you can also find the "Download Template" button on the top right hand corner inthe Pre-Advice upload section of your booking as shown below:
This will provide you with the following (note that this is an example for a wholesale brand pre-advice template download):
This template will display a dummy supplier code, reference, contract and EAN for your reference, please replace this with your unique supplier code, booking reference, relevant contracts (also called purchase orders), delivery number and EANs for the delivery and retain the end of file (EOF) indicator below.
Please ensure your EANs are in expanded format and not in scientific form (example above is in expanded). Save, and you are now ready to upload your pre-advice to your booking.
Please Note: You can double check that your Pre-Advice is in the right CSV format if you open the file in Notepad and are able to see that the separators between the column input are commas (not semicolons!) as shown below:

What are 'Contracts' in the Contract column?
Contracts are purchase orders (PO) numbers.
What is 'Delivery' in the Delivery column?
Delivery refers to the number of times you have delivered to Next under the contract / PO. If it is the first time you are sending a contract / PO into our warehouse, please place 1 next to each EAN under that contract / PO, and if it is the second please put 2, and so forth.
