Once you have clicked Check Availability, it will take you to a page to select the date and time of delivery, where you must input the number of units / goods:
Once you have selected the date and time and declared the number of units, click continue, where it will ask you to confirm your booking. Confirm it, and you will see the details of your booking finalised:
After creating and finalising your booking details above, please ensure you upload your pre-advice / packing list to the booking.
Important: We require the pre-advice to be uploaded to your booking a minimum of 3 working days prior to the delivery date. A failure to do this will put the delivery at risk of refusal.
You can upload your pre-advice by clicking this button on the right hand corner of the booking success screen:
Which will take you to the following screen:
Please note: The pre-advice upload my pop up with 'error' notifications. If it does this but you are still able to click the submit button, please do so- these will get picked up by our internal data team and nothing further needs to be actioned on your end.
If you are unable to submit at all, please submit a request on our help desk or contact diana_szogi@next.co.uk and jesselyn_handokolumarso@next.co.uk if urgent.
Once you've submitted your pre-advice, all that's left is for the goods to be delivered to our warehouse.
Please ensure you provide your booking reference to the warehouse on delivery.
