Booking In Your Delivery
Once you have your supplier number, you can request a login for our booking
portal. The booking portal is called FastTrack. You will receive a request from
Caitlin_creedon@next.co.uk , Jesselyn_handokolumarso@next.co.uk or Diana_szogi@next.co.uk to provide the emails of colleagues you wish to be set up on FastTrack.
What Information Do I Need To Book In A Delivery?
To make a delivery you will need the following information:
- The date you would like to deliver
- The number of cartons and units you intend to deliver
- Your delivery type (Cartons, Pallets, Hanging, etc.)
You can book a delivery up to 2 months in advance.
How Do I Make A Booking?
We have recently moved to an improved version of our booking portal, called FastTrack+ !
If you have had prior access to the previous portal, FastTrack, your login details are carry over.
You can access FastTrack+ here.
To make your booking, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Select your supplier code
Step 2: Select your delivery type (e.g Cartons, Pallets, Hanging)
Step 3: Input quantity of cartons / pallets / hanging goods you are sending in
Step 4: Select a date & time
Step 5: Confirm your booking, send details to your carrier
Step 6: Upload your pre-advice to your booking (please ensure this is done a minimum of 3 working days prior to the delivery)
Please note: you must upload your pre-advice a minimum of 3 working days prior to the delivery date, or be at risk for refusal.

When Delivering Please Note:
- Without the booking reference, drivers are not allowed into the loading bays and we cannot process your stock.
- If you need to amend a booking quantity, we do enable you to have a +/-10% quantity tolerance as the system does not enable quantity amendments. If you will be out of tolerance you should make a new booking or contact Diana_szogi@next.co.uk or Jesselyn_handokolumarso@next.co.uk
- If your stock is oversized and overweight, please provide accurate dimensions and weights to your product team so they can direct you to the correct distribution centre.
- If your stock is under 15kg a carton and you can fit less than 3 units in a carton, it likely will need to go to our Oversized Pallet DC. Please contact Diana_szogi@next.co.uk or Jesselyn_handokolumarso@next.co.uk regarding this.
Booking Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, you can do so on FastTrack+.
You will also be unable to book past 4pm for the next day delivery.
Please let us know by contacting Diana_szogi@next.co.uk or Jesselyn_handokolumarso@next.co.uk if you cannot cancel online.
Who Do I Contact If I'm Running Late?
If your carrier is running late or is unable to make it to our Distribution Centre
in time for their allocated slot, please contact Diana_szogi@next.co.uk or Jesselyn_handokolumarso@next.co.uk
(please have your FastTrack booking reference to hand).
Delivery checklist:
- Upload your pre-advice to FastTrack+
- Let us know if your carrier is running late
- Delivery guidelines have been followed
- Stock has been booked in
- Rear delivery is preferred, and if you need a forklift, please let our warehouse
know before delivery so they can make one available.
